Availability

I offer trauma-informed, relational therapy for individuals and couples, working primarily online across the UK.

I support clients navigating difficult relationship or family dynamics, including recovery from emotional or psychological harm and patterns of control.

My approach is grounded, thoughtful, and non-patronising, supporting clients who want clarity, emotional regulation, and meaningful change.

I currently offer therapy sessions primarily on weekdays: Tuesday to Thursday (daytime and evenings) and Friday mornings. Some flexibility may be possible by arrangement.

I work mainly online via Zoom, which allows for consistent, accessible weekly sessions wherever you are based in the UK. Online work also supports continuity and depth, particularly for those balancing work, family, or location constraints. In-person sessions may be available by arrangement.

I offer a free 15-minute introductory phone or video call. This is a brief, focused conversation to discuss what you’re looking for, check availability, and consider whether my way of working feels like a good fit. It’s also a chance to ask any practical questions before deciding whether to proceed.

Therapy with me is usually weekly and ongoing rather than one-off or crisis-only support. I work best with clients who are looking for a steady, thoughtful therapeutic process and who are able to engage reflectively over time.

Fees:

Individual therapy: £65 (60 minutes)

Couples therapy: £100 (60 minutes)

You’re welcome to contact me by email to arrange an introductory call.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer trauma-informed, relational therapy that is clear, grounded, and non-patronising. My intention is to create a collaborative therapeutic space where you can explore your experiences honestly and at a pace that feels emotionally safe.

Many clients come to me feeling confused, disconnected, or worn down by long-standing relational patterns. Some have experienced emotional or psychological abuse, complex family dynamics, or repeated invalidation that has affected their sense of self, trust, or capacity for intimacy. Often there is a wish not just to feel better, but to understand what has been happening more clearly.

My approach supports clients to reconnect with their inner authority, clarify boundaries, and make sense of their emotional and relational world without judgement or agenda. I value nuance, honesty, and emotional sovereignty, and I respect how much courage it takes to look at difficult material.

I work in an intuitive and attuned way, offering presence, reflection, and gentle challenge when it’s needed. While I draw from a range of approaches — including trauma-informed, somatic, and Jungian perspectives — I don’t impose a fixed method. Therapy is shaped by what feels most relevant for you.

I work best with clients who are seeking an engaged, reflective process rather than quick fixes or one-off emotional release.

Practice description

My practice offers a calm, focused space for therapeutic work that is thoughtful, respectful, and paced to support meaningful change. I work primarily online, providing a consistent weekly session structure that allows trust, insight, and emotional regulation to develop over time.

Sessions are collaborative and client-led, while also gently structured. I pay close attention to emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and the ways past experiences continue to shape present relationships, self-belief, and behaviour. Rather than offering advice or solutions, I support you to think, feel, and reflect more clearly — building understanding alongside practical grounding.

I work in a trauma-aware and non-intrusive way, with sensitivity to issues of power, safety, and boundaries. This includes an awareness of how chronic stress, emotional harm, or long-term invalidation can affect the nervous system, capacity for connection, and sense of agency.

I place importance on emotional containment and pacing, so therapy remains supportive without becoming overwhelming or uncontained. You can expect me to be engaged, attentive, and honest in my responses. I value clarity, mutual respect, and emotional integrity, and I aim to create a space where difficult experiences can be explored without pressure to perform, explain, or justify yourself.

My first session

Before beginning therapy, I offer a free 15-minute introductory phone or video call. This gives us a chance to briefly discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, clarify any practical questions, and consider whether my way of working feels right for you.

If we decide to proceed, I’ll send you a therapy contract outlining confidentiality, boundaries, fees, and session arrangements. Once this is agreed, we’ll set a regular weekly session time.

Therapy sessions are 60 minutes and are usually held weekly. Sessions currently take place online via Zoom, with limited in-person sessions available by arrangement. I recommend having a private, uninterrupted space so you can engage fully in the work.

The first full session is a continuation of the therapeutic process rather than a formal assessment. We’ll begin by exploring what feels most important for you, at a pace that supports clarity, emotional safety, and containment. Therapy is an ongoing, collaborative process, and we’ll work together to understand what you’re bringing and how best to support change over time.
