About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP registered person centred psychotherapist specialising in childhood trauma. I work using a trauma informed practice placing you at the centre of our sessions.
I am confident that with a safe, confidential, and empathic space healing can begin.
If you are wanting to start your therapy journey here or are looking for someone new, I'd be excited to be part of your journey.
Practice description
You can expect a warming and comfortable welcome, surrounded with curiosity and empathy about who you are and what you want to bring into your sessions.
You'll receive unconditional positive regard and compassion during our time together in a trusting environment that provides a quality to our relationship suppprting openness and honesty.
I mostly work online and I'm able to visit your home if it is within 10 miles from me too.
I work with both adults and children ages 11 years and over.
My first session
In the first session we aim to spend some time working through an agreement about our work together as well as making time for anything you would like to make me aware of, any aims/goals or making sure we don't have any aims and goals if you'd rather we didn't.
