About me and my therapy practice

Therapy for Anxiety, Depression, Low Self-Esteem and Relationship Difficulties

You may be feeling stuck, anxious, low or overwhelmed, or finding life and relationships harder than they should be. Perhaps something doesn’t feel right anymore, and you’re not sure how to change it.

I work with adults who feel anxious, low in mood, or disconnected, and who struggle with self-doubt, relationships, or a sense of being stuck.

You might recognise some of the following:

• Overthinking and finding it hard to switch off

• Anxiety, stress, or feeling constantly on edge

• Low mood, depression, or emotional exhaustion

• Low self-confidence and self-doubt

• People-pleasing or difficulty setting boundaries

• Relationship difficulties or repeating the same patterns

• Feeling lonely, disconnected, or isolated

• Feeling “not good enough” despite your achievements

• The impact of difficult family relationships or past experiences

• Feeling stuck, lost, or unsure about the future

Whatever brings you to therapy, it can help to have a space where you don’t have to carry everything on your own.

Together, we can make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface and work towards more clarity, confidence, and stability in your life.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and go at your own pace.

Practice description

Who I Work With

I work with adults who want to understand themselves better and make changes in their lives.

Some come during a difficult time or life transition. Others feel stuck in long-term patterns they want to break.

Many feel they are managing on the outside but struggling underneath with anxiety, low mood, or uncertainty.

What to Expect

We meet weekly, either in person in London Bridge or online.

The first session is a chance to see what brings you to therapy and whether we’re a good fit. If we continue, I usually suggest six sessions before reviewing how things are going.

Some people come with a clear issue, others want space to explore things more deeply.

Therapeutic Approach

I work in an integrative way, mainly drawing on existential, humanistic and transpersonal approaches.

In simple terms, we look at both what’s happening now and what may be going on underneath it. Therapy is not fixed or scripted — we shape it together based on what you need.

My aim is to help you understand yourself more clearly so you can make choices that feel more aligned with your life.

My first session

Take the First Step

Starting therapy can feel like a big decision. Our first session is simply a conversation—an opportunity for you to share what’s on your mind, ask questions, and get a sense of how we might work together. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll help you find a therapist who is.

If you’re ready to address anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or other challenges, I invite you to get in touch and take the first step toward a more balanced and purposeful life.
