I offer online therapy on weekdays, between 10am and 6.30pm.  with limited in-person sessions in Bristol (BS3 and BS1) I currently have the most flexibility on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, although you're welcome to enquire about other weekdays.

There are two ways to begin working with me: a free 20-minute introductory call if you'd like to explore whether we're a good fit, or a 50-minute initial consultation (£40) if you're ready to explore what brings you to therapy in more depth.

You can check my current availability and book either option at https://cal.com/dezrika

If there's no available time that works for you, do get in touch, as I sometimes have additional availability.

About me and my therapy practice

If you've made it this far, truly, well done. Reaching out can be hard, especially when life feels messy or overwhelming.

Maybe you're holding everything together on the outside while quietly unravelling underneath. Your mind rarely switches off, you're questioning yourself, or you feel stuck despite trying so hard to keep things going.

I'm Dezrika, an integrative psychotherapist and BACP registered member. I work with people navigating burnout, anxiety, neurodivergence, relationship difficulties and changes in identity or direction. You might have often felt different or misunderstood, or spent so long meeting other people's expectations that you're unsure what you want for yourself.

I draw on person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural approaches (CBT), adapting our work to you. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed and grounded in intersectional values.

Therapy with me is about more than figuring things out in your head. It's about making space for what you're experiencing, getting curious about your patterns and exploring what you might need to feel more connected to yourself. We can take things at your pace, without needing to have all the answers.

Practice description

Therapy offers space to pause and untangle what's going on, especially when it's difficult to explain to other people.

You don't need to know exactly what to say or where to begin. We can start with whatever feels most present.

Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings and relationships, including patterns shaped by past experiences. We can also pay attention to what you're experiencing in the present, rather than trying to work everything out intellectually.

I'll bring curiosity and care, working alongside you rather than assuming I know what's best for you.

I offer ongoing therapy, short-term work of 6–10 sessions, and single sessions focused on a specific issue.

My first session

Initial consultation and assessment (£40)

This is a first conversation, rather than the immediate start of ongoing therapy. We'll explore what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping for, your background and any previous experience of therapy and start to understand what support you might need.

It's also a chance for us both to consider whether we feel like a good fit, ask questions and discuss how we might work together. There's no pressure to commit to ongoing sessions.

Free 20-minute introductory call

Prefer a brief chat first? Think of this as a bit of a vibe check. You can ask questions, share a little about what's bringing you to therapy and get a feel for whether working together might be right for you.
