About me and my therapy practice
Support for Autistic, ADHD & late identified ND women ~ Online across the UK
I am an ND affirming psychotherapist specialising in autism, ADHD and AuDHD, working primarily with neurodivergent women - especially those who are late identified or navigating midlife changes. I offer online therapy UK wide.
Many of the women I support are experiencing autistic burnout, ADHD overwhelm, masking fatigue, sensory overload, executive function challenges, emotional intensity, or identity shifts after recognising their neurodivergence. You may feel relieved and disorientated at the same time, exhausted from years of coping, or unsure how to move forward now that everything feels harder than it used to.
Navigating Life Therapy is a neurodivergence affirming practice designed for ND women. Together we explore your sensory needs, burnout patterns, emotional regulation, nervous system responses, relationships, and identity - helping you feel more grounded, less overwhelmed, and more able to live in a way that is sustainable and true to who you are.
Alongside therapy, I offer Navigate Neurodivergence, a four week psychoeducational and reflective programme that helps us map and understand how your autism, ADHD or AuDHD shows up in daily life. This structured support is specifically designed for ND women seeking clarity, language, and practical strategies.
My approach is humanistic, trauma informed, somatic aware and paced gently. Sessions are collaborative, predictable, and responsive to your nervous system.
If you’re wondering whether this kind of support might be helpful, you’re welcome to get in touch for a gentle introductory call. There’s no pressure to commit - simply space to ask questions and see whether working together feels right for you.
Practice description
I bring lived neurodivergent experience, Level 7 therapeutic training and ND specific CPD, alongside a warm, unhurried and relational style. Many autistic, ADHD and AuDHD clients (diagnosed or self identifying) tell me they feel understood quickly, without needing to explain or justify their experience. I work at a pace that respects your sensory world, processing style, nervous system and your way of being.
Therapy is collaborative, steady and ND affirming. We explore what your mind and body have been doing to cope, what has felt overwhelming or confusing, and what might help you live in a way that feels more sustainable and true to yourself. All feelings are welcome here.
Whether you are autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, or exploring whether you might be, therapy offers a calm, unpressured online space where you don’t need to mask, perform or explain the basics. My work is particularly supportive for late identified ND women navigating autistic burnout, ADHD overwhelm, masking fatigue, sensory sensitivities, peri menopause related unmasking, executive function challenges and emotional intensity.
Professional Qualifications
• Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma (Distinction) in Humanistic Counselling, York St John University
• BA (Hons) in Development of Education for Children & Young People with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities
• Additional CPD in autism, ADHD, AuDHD, ND affirming practice and nervous system regulation
Benefits of online therapy for ND women
Online sessions can be especially supportive if you’re navigating sensory sensitivities, peri menopause fatigue, burnout, overwhelm, parenting demands or limited time and energy. For many ND women, online work reduces pressure, increases emotional capacity and makes therapy more accessible.

If I think at the end of the call that I can support you, I’ll share that with you and we can discuss how it would work. But, if I feel that I am not the best person to help you I’ll tell you and if I know someone who could help, I’ll point you in their direction instead.
