About me and my therapy practice
I’m a Person-Centred counsellor using an integrative approach tailored to each client’s needs. I support individuals with experiences of trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, addiction, and grief. I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space, working at your pace and respecting what feels right for you.
I value the therapeutic relationship as the foundation of our work, providing a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space where you can share openly at your own pace, with respect for your choices and values.
I work integratively, adapting my approach to meet each client’s needs. My practice is guided by the BACP Ethical Framework, with regular supervision and ongoing professional development.
