I am a BACP Registered counsellor with a SQA Higher National Diploma in Counselling. My training includes a range of approaches, such as Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, Humanistic, Inner Child, and Gestalt therapies, allowing me to work in a flexible and supportive way that meets your individual needs.

I have also completed additional training in Grief and Bereavement Counselling, Addiction Counselling (SCQF Level 8), and hold a Diploma in Christian Counselling, which further informs the care and understanding I bring to my work.

Your first session is a welcoming, confidential space to talk about what matters to you and what you hope to achieve. We’ll also agree on a simple plan covering confidentiality, sessions, fees, and boundaries—without any obligation to continue.
