AVAILABILITY & FEES – Online Therapy London & Uk
I currently have availability in my online practice for couples and individuals in London, across the UK and internationally.
Online therapy can be especially helpful for busy professionals, parents, expats and international clients who need therapy to fit around real life. Couples can attend from home, from separate locations, or while travelling, without rushing across London or adding another pressure to the week.
Session hours:
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 am–6:00 pm
• Evening sessions: available for established or longer-term couples
• Saturday: 10:00 am–2:00 pm
• Sunday: closed
I prioritise online couples therapy, relationship counselling and marriage counselling for London and UK clients, alongside a limited number of individual therapy spaces for anxiety, trauma, burnout, grief and relationship difficulties.
All sessions take place online through a secure, confidential platform. I do not currently offer in-person appointments. For couples therapy, I recommend that each partner joins from a private room with enough time before and after the session to settle properly.
Couples also have access to structured online support between sessions, including shared reflections, relationship tools, worksheets and progress tracking, so the work continues outside the weekly meeting. This can be especially useful when communication problems, trust issues, emotional disconnection or repeated conflict need attention between sessions.
Fees:
• Individual online therapy: £70 for 50 minutes
• Online couples therapy: £100 for 70 to 80 minutes
I offer a free 15 to 20 minute consultation. If you are unsure whether couples therapy is the right step, or how to fit online therapy into a busy London schedule, we can talk this through before starting.

About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Kita Tabachka, a BACP registered integrative therapist offering online couples therapy in London and Uk, relationship counselling and individual therapy for clients across the UK and internationally.
People often come to me when they are looking for couples counselling in London, online relationship counselling, or a therapist who can help them stop repeating the same painful pattern.
I work with couples facing constant arguments, communication problems, betrayal, trust issues, emotional shutdown, loss of intimacy, divorce worries, or the feeling that they are living alongside each other rather than with each other.
My couple's work is particularly suited to busy professionals, expats, international and cross-cultural couples, and partners under pressure from work, parenting, ADHD, burnout, life transitions or family expectations.
I am trained in the Gottman Method for couples therapy and work in an integrative, trauma-informed and attachment-aware way. Sessions are calm, active and structured. I do not take sides or let therapy become another argument. I help slow the pattern down so both partners can understand what is happening underneath the conflict and begin to speak with more honesty, steadiness and care.
I also offer individual online therapy for anxiety, trauma, burnout, grief, relationship problems, attachment patterns, emotional overwhelm and major life changes. My work draws on CBT, DBT, ACT, nervous system regulation, attachment-based therapy, EFT principles, the Gottman Method and systemic thinking.
I bring emotional depth alongside a practical, problem-solving style, shaped partly by my background in finance, strategy and company building. Many clients come to me when they are high functioning on the outside but internally overwhelmed, disconnected or unsure how to move forward. The aim is to make the pattern clear enough that change can begin in daily life, not only during the session.
Practice description
MY PRACTICE – Online Relationship Counselling London & UK
My practice is online only, offering confidential therapy for couples and individuals in London, across the UK and internationally.
Couples usually contact me when communication has become difficult, painful or repetitive. You may be arguing about the same things, avoiding difficult conversations, recovering from an affair or betrayal, feeling emotionally disconnected, struggling with intimacy, jealousy, criticism, defensiveness or shutdown.
Online couples counselling is not a passive conversation. I guide the process carefully, manage pacing and interruption, and help both partners stay emotionally engaged without the session becoming blame or collapse. This is particularly important for high-conflict couples and for couples where one partner pushes for connection while the other withdraws.
Where appropriate, I usually meet each partner individually before the first full couples' session. This helps me understand each person properly and creates a more balanced therapeutic process.
Between sessions, I use secure clinical software to support the work. Couples can access structured reflections, relationship tools, worksheets, exercises and progress tracking, so therapy continues between meetings rather than being left behind each week.
My individual work supports anxiety, burnout, trauma, grief, ADHD, divorce, relationship patterns and life transitions. We focus on understanding emotional patterns, regulating the nervous system, strengthening boundaries and making changes that are practical, not just intellectual.
I work in an integrative way, drawing on CBT, DBT, ACT, attachment-based therapy, nervous system regulation, EFT principles, Gottman Method and systemic thinking.
Individual sessions are usually 50 minutes. Couples' sessions are usually 70 to 80 minutes. I offer a free 15-to-20-minute consultation.
My first session
MY FIRST SESSION – Online Couples Therapy London
Your first session is designed to bring steadiness and clarity to what may currently feel tense, confused or emotionally exhausting.
For couples, I usually begin by meeting each partner individually before the first full couples' session. This is not about taking sides. It gives each person space to speak honestly, helps me understand the relationship from both perspectives, and allows the couples work to begin with more care and balance.
In the first full online couples therapy session, we look at what is happening now, what tends to trigger conflict or withdrawal, and what each of you is trying to protect underneath the surface. We may explore communication problems, trust issues, betrayal, loss of intimacy, emotional distance, parenting stress, work pressure, divorce fears or repeated arguments that never seem to resolve.
You do not need to arrive with a perfect explanation or agree on who is responsible for the problem. We start where you are. My role is to keep the conversation focused, emotionally contained and useful, especially if one of you shuts down, becomes defensive, or feels overwhelmed.
For couples recovering from infidelity, secrecy or broken trust, the first stage is often about stabilising the conversation before asking for quick forgiveness or decisions. For emotionally disconnected couples, it may be about naming what has gone quiet, avoided or lost.
For individual therapy, the first session is also carefully paced. We look at what brings you now, whether that is anxiety, burnout, trauma, grief, ADHD, relationship patterns or a life transition, and begin to identify what support would be most helpful.
Before committing to therapy, I offer a free 15-to-20-minute consultation so you can ask questions and get a sense of whether my approach feels right.

MY PRACTICE: Online, Face-to-Face and Walk-and-Talk Therapy
My practice supports individuals and couples in Poole, Bournemouth, Sandbanks, Dorset, across the UK and internationally. I offer online therapy, face-to-face counselling and walk-and-talk therapy for individuals.
I work with:
• anxiety, panic attacks and emotional overwhelm
• trauma, grief, burnout and work stress
• ADHD, low mood, self-esteem and emotional regulation
• dating issues, relationship patterns and life transitions
• couples therapy, relationship counselling and marriage counselling
• communication problems, constant arguing and conflict
• emotional distance, loss of intimacy and sexual disconnection

Couples work with me is active and structured. I guide the process carefully, manage pacing and interruption, and help both partners stay engaged without the session becoming blame, collapse or another unresolved fight. This is especially important for high-conflict couples, emotionally shut-down couples, and couples where one partner pursues closeness while the other withdraws.
Where appropriate, I usually meet each partner individually before the first full couples session. This helps me understand both people properly and create a more balanced therapeutic process.
Between sessions, I may use secure clinical software to support the work. Couples can access structured reflections, relationship tools, worksheets, exercises and progress tracking, so therapy continues between meetings rather than being left behind each week.
I also work with busy professionals, expats, international clients and cross-cultural couples where relocation, family culture, pressure or uncertainty may be affecting the relationship.
My individual work is structured but deeply relational. We focus on understanding emotional patterns, regulating the nervous system, strengthening boundaries and making practical changes that can be carried into daily life.
My first session
MY FIRST SESSION: What to Expect
The first session is designed to bring steadiness and clarity to what may currently feel tense, confusing or emotionally exhausting.
For individuals, we begin by understanding what brings you now. This may be anxiety, panic attacks, burnout, trauma, grief, ADHD, low mood, self-esteem, dating patterns, emotional overwhelm or a life transition. We look at what is happening emotionally, what has been tried already, and what kind of support would be most useful.
For couples therapy, I usually begin by meeting each partner individually before the first full couples session. This is not about taking sides. It gives each person space to speak honestly, helps me understand the relationship from both perspectives, and allows the couples work to begin with more care and balance.
In the first full couples session, we look at the pattern between you. This may include communication problems, constant arguing, criticism, defensiveness, emotional shutdown, trust issues, betrayal, infidelity, loss of intimacy, parenting stress, work pressure, separation fears or repeated conflict that never seems to resolve.
You do not need to arrive with a perfect explanation or agree on who is responsible for the problem. We start where you are. My role is to keep the conversation focused, emotionally contained and useful, especially if one of you shuts down, becomes defensive or feels overwhelmed.
For walk-and-talk therapy in Poole, we discuss privacy, pace and suitability before starting, so the format supports the work rather than distracts from it. For online therapy, I make sure the structure is clear and that both partners or the individual client know what to expect before beginning deeper work.
I offer a free 15 to 20 minute consultation so you can ask questions, understand how I work and decide whether online therapy, face-to-face counselling or walk-and-talk therapy feels right for you.

About me and my therapy practice
ABOUT ME – Online Couples Therapy London
If you’re looking for couples therapy in London, chances are something in your relationship feels strained, fragile, or stuck.
For many couples, it’s not one dramatic event. It’s the slow build-up of tension, repeated arguments that go nowhere, emotional distance, loss of intimacy, or the sense that you’re living alongside each other rather than truly connected. London life adds its own pressure, long working hours, stress, parenting demands, and very little space to pause and talk properly.
My name is Kita Tabachka. I’m a BACP-registered therapist specialising in online couples therapy and relationship counselling for couples in London. I work exclusively online, supporting couples who want structured, thoughtful, and emotionally safe therapy without the added pressure of travel or time constraints.
Couples often come to me when they’re tired of going in circles. When talking turns into conflict or shuts down. When trust has been damaged through betrayal, secrecy, or emotional neglect. Or when closeness has faded, and neither partner knows how to bring it back without making things worse.
My style is calm, direct, and structured. I don’t take sides, and I don’t let sessions turn into blame or overwhelm. Therapy with me is about slowing things down, understanding what’s really happening beneath the conflict, and helping both partners feel safe enough to communicate honestly again.
I also work with individuals in London through online therapy, particularly where anxiety, burnout, trauma, or relationship difficulties are impacting emotional well-being.

MY PRACTICE – Online Relationship Counselling London
My practice focuses on online couples therapy and relationship counselling for couples based in London and all of Uk, alongside individual online therapy where relationships, anxiety, or stress are central concerns.
I work with couples experiencing:
Communication breakdown and constant arguments
Emotional distance or living parallel lives
Loss of intimacy or sexual connection
Trust issues, affairs, betrayal, or secrecy
Jealousy, defensiveness, criticism, or shutdown
Parenting stress and unequal emotional load
Work pressure, burnout, or life transitions are impacting the relationship
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and structured. In couples work, I use therapy informed by the Gottman Method, alongside attachment-based and trauma-aware practice. This allows sessions to stay focused, emotionally contained, and practical, especially for high-conflict or emotionally shut-down couples.
Online couples therapy sessions are actively guided. I manage pacing, interruption, and emotional intensity so both partners remain engaged. The goal is not to decide who is right or wrong, but to change the patterns that keep pulling you apart.
In addition to sessions, I use secure clinical software to support work between meetings. Couples can access shared worksheets, relationship tools, structured reflections, and progress tracking, helping therapy continue outside the session rather than leaving everything behind each week.

My first session
My first session – Online Couples Therapy in London
The first session is more than a conversation.
It’s where the pressure eases slightly, and things begin to make sense out loud.
Most couples in London come to therapy feeling stuck in the same patterns. Conversations escalate quickly or stop altogether. Trust feels fragile. Emotional or physical intimacy has faded. Often, both partners are exhausted and unsure how to talk without making things worse.
You don’t need to prepare or agree on what the problem is before we meet. We start where you are.
In your first online couples therapy session, you can expect:
A safe, structured, and confidential online space. Sessions take place securely online and are designed to feel contained, calm, and emotionally safe, even when things feel tense between you.
Balanced space for both partners. I actively manage the session so it doesn’t turn into blame, defensiveness, or a fight. My role is to slow things down and help each of you feel heard.
Clarity about what’s happening in your relationship. We begin mapping the patterns underneath the conflict, whether that’s repeated arguments, emotional distance, shutdown, jealousy, trust issues, or the impact of stress, work pressure, or parenting.
In addition to sessions, I use secure clinical software to support work between meetings. This allows couples to safely access shared reflections, relationship tools, worksheets, and structured check-ins, helping progress continue outside the session rather than everything being held in memory.
If you’re joining for online therapy in London as an individual, the first session is still carefully paced, focusing on steadiness, clarity, and emotional regulation.

About me and my therapy practice
Online Therapy Central Manchester
Hello, I’m Kita Tabachka, a BACP-registered therapist working online with individuals and couples based in Central Manchester and across the UK.
Many clients come to me because anxiety has started to take over daily life. Persistent worry, overthinking, panic symptoms, difficulty sleeping, and feeling constantly on edge can become exhausting. Others reach out during periods of burnout, relationship strain, grief, or major life change when coping alone no longer feels sustainable.
Alongside anxiety therapy, I work with clients navigating trauma-related stress, low self-esteem, emotional regulation difficulties, and long-standing patterns that often stem from childhood experiences or difficult family dynamics.
I also provide structured online couples therapy and relationship counselling for partners experiencing communication breakdown, repeated arguments, emotional distance, loss of intimacy, or trust issues. In couples work, I integrate evidence-based methods informed by the Gottman approach, alongside attachment-based and trauma-informed practice.
My style is calm, clear, and grounded. I do not take sides, and I do not rush the process. We focus first on stabilising anxiety and emotional overwhelm before exploring deeper patterns. Sessions are practical as well as reflective, with an emphasis on helping you feel steadier, more self-aware, and more confident in navigating relationships and life transitions.
If you are looking for online therapy in Central Manchester for anxiety, relationship difficulties, or couples counselling, my practice offers a structured and confidential space to begin that work.
Practice description
Online Anxiety & Couples Therapy Central Manchester
My practice provides online therapy for individuals and couples based in Central Manchester and across the UK. I work exclusively online, offering a confidential and structured space that fits around demanding work schedules and family commitments.
For individuals, anxiety is often the starting point. I support clients experiencing generalised anxiety, panic attacks, health anxiety, overthinking, chronic stress, burnout, low self-esteem, and trauma-related anxiety. Many people describe feeling constantly on edge, mentally exhausted, or unable to switch off. Our work focuses on understanding triggers, regulating the nervous system, and building practical tools to manage anxiety more effectively in daily life.
Alongside individual therapy, I offer online couples therapy and relationship counselling for partners who feel stuck in repetitive conflict or emotional distance. I work with couples facing communication breakdown, trust issues, jealousy, loss of intimacy, parenting stress, and the impact of anxiety or work pressure on the relationship.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed. I draw from CBT, attachment-based therapy, nervous system stabilisation, and structured couples work informed by the Gottman approach. Sessions are actively guided to ensure both partners feel heard and that conversations remain productive and emotionally safe.
Between sessions, I use secure clinical software where clients can access worksheets, reflections, and structured exercises. This is particularly helpful for anxiety management and for couples who benefit from clear guidance outside the therapy hour.
The focus of my practice is steady, grounded change. Whether you are seeking anxiety therapy in Central Manchester or structured online couples counselling, the aim is to create clarity, emotional regulation, and healthier patterns moving forward.
My first session
Online Anxiety & Couples Therapy Central Manchester
The first session is where we slow things down and begin to create clarity.
If you are attending as an individual, we focus first on understanding your anxiety, stress levels, emotional regulation, and what feels most urgent. Many clients in Central Manchester arrive feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or unsure where to begin. You do not need to prepare anything perfectly. We start with what feels most present and stabilise from there.
If you are attending as a couple, my approach is structured and intentional.
We begin with an initial joint session to understand the relationship dynamic, communication patterns, and current areas of conflict or emotional distance. This allows me to see how you interact in real time and identify the relational pattern beneath the surface.
I then hold individual one-to-one sessions with each partner. This is an important and deliberate part of my couples therapy approach. It gives space for each person to speak openly, explore personal history, attachment style, anxiety triggers, and individual concerns without pressure. This often reveals deeper patterns influencing the relationship that may not emerge in joint sessions.
Following this, we return to structured couples sessions with a clearer understanding of both perspectives. This process helps ensure balance, fairness, and emotional safety, particularly where trust issues, anxiety, resentment, or shutdown patterns are present.
Sessions take place via secure online therapy platforms, and I use secure clinical software for structured reflections and exercises between meetings.
By the end of the first stage of therapy, whether individual or couples work, you should feel clearer about the patterns involved and confident about the direction of the work ahead.

About me and my therapy practice
Online Couples Therapy Central London
Hello, I’m Kita Tabachka.
If you’re searching for online couples therapy in Central London, something in your relationship may feel strained, distant, or stuck. Many couples I work with across Westminster, Kensington, Chelsea, Marylebone and the wider London area come to therapy not because of one dramatic event, but because of the slow build-up of tension, repeated arguments, emotional distance, or loss of intimacy.
London life adds its own pressure. Long working hours, commuting, parenting responsibilities, financial stress, and very little time to pause and really talk. Over time, communication breaks down. Small disagreements escalate. Trust can feel fragile. Some couples are navigating infidelity, secrecy, or betrayal. Others simply feel like they are living parallel lives rather than sharing one.
I am a BACP-registered therapist specialising in online couples therapy and relationship counselling for couples in London. I work exclusively online, offering structured, emotionally safe sessions that fit around demanding Central London schedules.
My approach is calm, direct, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I draw on the Gottman Method for couples therapy, alongside trauma-informed and attachment-based work. I do not take sides, and I do not allow sessions to become blame-focused. Instead, we slow the conflict down, understand the pattern underneath it, and begin rebuilding communication, emotional safety, and connection.
Couples often come to me for support with communication problems in relationships, trust issues, emotional distance, conflict, intimacy concerns, and long-standing resentment. My focus is always on meaningful relationship repair, not surface-level reassurance.
Alongside couples work, I also offer online therapy in London for individuals experiencing anxiety, burnout, trauma, or relationship stress impacting their well-being.
Practice description
Online Relationship Counselling Central London & UK
Hello.
My practice specialises in online couples therapy and relationship counselling for couples in Central London and across the UK, alongside individual online therapy where anxiety, stress, or relationship difficulties are central concerns.
I work with couples experiencing:
• Communication breakdown and repeated arguments
• Emotional distance or living parallel lives
• Loss of intimacy or sexual connection
• Trust issues, affairs, betrayal, or secrecy
• Jealousy, defensiveness, criticism, or emotional shutdown
• Parenting stress and unequal emotional load
• Work pressure, burnout, relocation, or major life transitions impacting the relationship
Many of the couples I support in Westminster, Kensington, Chelsea, Marylebone and the wider London area are balancing demanding careers and busy schedules. Online couples therapy allows structured, consistent work without the additional stress of travel across the city.
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and structured. In couples therapy, I use evidence-based methods informed by the Gottman Method, alongside attachment-based and trauma-aware practice. This helps sessions stay focused, emotionally contained, and practical, particularly for high-conflict couples or emotionally shut-down partners.
Online relationship counselling sessions are actively guided. I manage pacing, interruption, and emotional intensity so both partners remain engaged. The goal is not to decide who is right or wrong, but to identify and change the communication patterns and relational cycles that keep pulling you apart.
Between sessions, I use secure clinical software that provides shared worksheets, structured reflections, relationship tools, and progress tracking. This allows couples to continue the work outside the session rather than leaving it behind each week.
I work exclusively online with London-based clients, offering confidential, flexible couples counselling that fits around real life.
My first session
Online Couples Therapy Central London
Hello.
Your first session is more than a conversation. It is where the intensity softens slightly and what has felt tangled begins to make sense out loud.
Most couples I work with across Central London, including Westminster, Kensington, Chelsea and surrounding areas, arrive feeling caught in repeating patterns. Conversations escalate quickly or shut down completely. Trust feels fragile. Emotional or physical intimacy has faded. Both partners are often exhausted and unsure how to talk without making things worse.
You do not need to prepare a perfect explanation or agree on the problem before we meet. We start exactly where you are.
In your first online couples therapy session in London, you can expect:
A structured, confidential, and emotionally contained online space. Sessions are secure and designed to feel calm and steady, even when the relationship feels tense.
Balanced time for both partners. I actively guide the session to prevent blame, defensiveness, or escalation. My role is to slow the process down and ensure both perspectives are heard clearly.
Clarity about what is happening beneath the surface. We begin identifying the relational patterns driving repeated arguments, emotional distance, trust issues, jealousy, intimacy concerns, or the impact of stress, parenting, and demanding London work schedules.
In addition to live sessions, I use secure clinical software to support the work between meetings. Couples have access to shared worksheets, structured reflections, relationship tools, and progress tracking so that online couples counselling remains active and focused between sessions.
If you are attending as an individual for online therapy in London, the first session remains carefully paced, focusing on emotional regulation, steadiness, and clear next steps.

MY FIRST SESSION – Online Couples Therapy London
The first session is more than a conversation.
It is where the pressure begins to ease and things start to make sense out loud.

In your first session, you can expect:
