About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome. My name is Kita Tabachka.
I’m a BACP-registered therapist working with individuals and couples, supporting adults who are struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, trauma, relationship difficulties, dating challenges, and major life transitions. I work across the UK and internationally, offering online therapy, face-to-face sessions, and walk-and-talk therapy for individuals in Poole, Uk.
People usually come to me when something isn’t working anymore. Anxiety that won’t switch off. Burnout and constant pressure. A relationship that feels distant, fragile, or stuck in conflict. Dating that keeps repeating the same painful patterns. Or the sense that life has shifted and you’re no longer sure how to steady yourself.
I work with clients who want clarity, structure, and depth, not endless talking or surface reassurance. Many of the people I support are high-functioning, responsible, and capable on the outside, while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted internally.
My work is integrative and trauma-informed. I adapt therapy to what you need right now, using CBT, ACT, DBT-informed skills, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and creative approaches. I also work relationally, supporting clients with attachment issues, emotional regulation, self-esteem, grief, and identity change.
I work calmly, directly, and with intention. Therapy with me is focused, steady, and grounded in real change.
Areas of support:

Practice description
My practice offers individual therapy and couples therapy for adults who want practical, evidence-based support with emotional and relational challenges.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, panic, burnout, trauma, ADHD, low mood, grief, emotional dysregulation, and the impact of long-term stress. I also support people navigating dating difficulties, self-confidence issues, breakups, divorce, and major life changes.
In addition to individual work, I specialise in couples therapy and relationship counselling. I work with couples facing communication breakdown, repeated arguments, emotional distance, loss of intimacy, trust issues, infidelity, jealousy, parenting stress, and relationship strain linked to work pressure, relocation, or life transitions.
My approach is structured, trauma-informed, and relationship-focused. In couples work, I use therapy informed by the Gottman Method to help partners reduce conflict, improve communication, rebuild trust, and restore emotional closeness. Sessions are actively guided so therapy does not become blaming, overwhelming, or unproductive.
I offer:
• Online therapy
•Couples and individual counselling and coaching
• Walk and talk therapy for individuals in Poole, Uk
Fees:
• Individual therapy: £60 for 50 minutes

My first session
My first session
Your first session is more than a conversation.
It’s the point where things stop living only in your head and start making sense out loud.
Most people arrive feeling overwhelmed, unsure where to begin, or worried they’ll say the wrong thing. You don’t need to prepare or explain everything perfectly. We start where you are.
In the first session, you can expect:
A safe and professional space, whether we meet online, face to face, or through walk and talk therapy for individuals. Sessions are private, paced, and focused on helping you feel steadier rather than rushed.
Time to talk at your own pace. Some people need to unload everything. Others need time to warm up. Both are fine. There is no pressure to go deeper than feels right.
Clarity about what’s going on. We’ll gently untangle what’s been weighing on you, whether that’s anxiety, burnout, trauma, relationship strain, dating difficulties, or a sense of being stuck.
A clear sense of how we’ll work together. I’ll explain my approach, answer your questions, and we’ll agree on what support makes sense going forward, including pace, focus, and practical next steps.
In addition to sessions, I use secure clinical software to support work between meetings. This allows us to safely share reflections, worksheets, and exercises, track progress, and check in weekly where helpful. Many clients find this structure grounding, especially when anxiety or overwhelm is high.
If you’re coming as a couple, the first session is carefully structured so it doesn’t turn into blame or escalation. My role is to slow things down, help both partners feel heard, and begin mapping the pattern you’re caught in.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before you start. The first session is simply about creating enough safety, clarity, and direction to take the next step.

This often makes it easier to stay consistent and focused on the work.

Saturday: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

I prioritise online couples therapy and relationship counselling for London clients, alongside a limited number of individual online therapy spaces where anxiety, burnout, or relationship difficulties are the main focus.
All sessions take place via a secure, confidential online platform. In addition to live sessions, I use secure clinical software that enables couples to access shared worksheets, relationship tools, structured reflections, and progress tracking between sessions. This helps the work continue between sessions, rather than leaving everything behind each week.

About me and my therapy practice
ABOUT ME – Online Couples Therapy London
If you’re looking for couples therapy in London, chances are something in your relationship feels strained, fragile, or stuck.
For many couples, it’s not one dramatic event. It’s the slow build-up of tension, repeated arguments that go nowhere, emotional distance, loss of intimacy, or the sense that you’re living alongside each other rather than truly connected. London life adds its own pressure, long working hours, stress, parenting demands, and very little space to pause and talk properly.
My name is Kita Tabachka. I’m a BACP-registered therapist specialising in online couples therapy and relationship counselling for couples in London. I work exclusively online, supporting couples who want structured, thoughtful, and emotionally safe therapy without the added pressure of travel or time constraints.
Couples often come to me when they’re tired of going in circles. When talking turns into conflict or shuts down. When trust has been damaged through betrayal, secrecy, or emotional neglect. Or when closeness has faded, and neither partner knows how to bring it back without making things worse.
My style is calm, direct, and structured. I don’t take sides, and I don’t let sessions turn into blame or overwhelm. Therapy with me is about slowing things down, understanding what’s really happening beneath the conflict, and helping both partners feel safe enough to communicate honestly again.
I also work with individuals in London through online therapy, particularly where anxiety, burnout, trauma, or relationship difficulties are impacting emotional well-being.

MY PRACTICE – Online Relationship Counselling London
My practice focuses on online couples therapy and relationship counselling for couples based in London and all of Uk, alongside individual online therapy where relationships, anxiety, or stress are central concerns.
I work with couples experiencing:
Communication breakdown and constant arguments
Emotional distance or living parallel lives
Loss of intimacy or sexual connection
Trust issues, affairs, betrayal, or secrecy
Jealousy, defensiveness, criticism, or shutdown
Parenting stress and unequal emotional load
Work pressure, burnout, or life transitions are impacting the relationship
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and structured. In couples work, I use therapy informed by the Gottman Method, alongside attachment-based and trauma-aware practice. This allows sessions to stay focused, emotionally contained, and practical, especially for high-conflict or emotionally shut-down couples.
Online couples therapy sessions are actively guided. I manage pacing, interruption, and emotional intensity so both partners remain engaged. The goal is not to decide who is right or wrong, but to change the patterns that keep pulling you apart.
In addition to sessions, I use secure clinical software to support work between meetings. Couples can access shared worksheets, relationship tools, structured reflections, and progress tracking, helping therapy continue outside the session rather than leaving everything behind each week.
I work exclusively online with London clients, offering a confidential and flexible way to access couples therapy that fits around real life.

My first session – Online Couples Therapy in London
The first session is more than a conversation.
It’s where the pressure eases slightly, and things begin to make sense out loud.
Most couples in London come to therapy feeling stuck in the same patterns. Conversations escalate quickly or stop altogether. Trust feels fragile. Emotional or physical intimacy has faded. Often, both partners are exhausted and unsure how to talk without making things worse.
You don’t need to prepare or agree on what the problem is before we meet. We start where you are.
In your first online couples therapy session, you can expect:
A safe, structured, and confidential online space. Sessions take place securely online and are designed to feel contained, calm, and emotionally safe, even when things feel tense between you.
Balanced space for both partners. I actively manage the session so it doesn’t turn into blame, defensiveness, or a fight. My role is to slow things down and help each of you feel heard.
Clarity about what’s happening in your relationship. We begin mapping the patterns underneath the conflict, whether that’s repeated arguments, emotional distance, shutdown, jealousy, trust issues, or the impact of stress, work pressure, or parenting.
In addition to sessions, I use secure clinical software to support work between meetings. This allows couples to safely access shared reflections, relationship tools, worksheets, and structured check-ins, helping progress continue outside the session rather than everything being held in memory.
If you’re joining for online therapy in London as an individual, the first session is still carefully paced, focusing on steadiness, clarity, and emotional regulation.

About Me and My Therapy Practice
Anxiety and panic attacks can make even the simplest moments feel overwhelming. You're not alone if you're constantly battling racing thoughts, sudden waves of fear, or a sense of losing control. I specialize in helping people in Poole who feel trapped by anxiety and panic reclaim their sense of calm and control.
I don’t offer generic advice or quick fixes—I offer real support tailored to you. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to explain why you feel this way or prove that your struggle is real. Whether your anxiety has been a lifelong battle or panic attacks have suddenly taken over your life, we’ll work together to make sense of what’s happening and build strategies that help.
My approach is practical, compassionate, and focused on real-world solutions. We’ll explore the thoughts, triggers, and patterns fueling your anxiety while working on ways to calm your nervous system, regain confidence, and break free from the cycle of fear.
Therapy isn’t about eliminating every anxious thought—it’s about learning how to live without fear controlling you. If you’re ready to take that step, I’m here to help.
About me and my therapy practice
I’m not just a therapist—I understand what it’s like to feel lost in grief, trapped by anxiety, or weighed down by self-doubt.
Anxiety, depression, trauma—these aren’t just words; they’re experiences that reshape how you see the world and yourself. Grief and bereavement leave a silence no one else seems to hear. I help people who feel stuck, lost, or overwhelmed find clarity, regain confidence, and navigate life beyond pain. If you're struggling, you don’t have to do it alone. When anxiety controls your thoughts, when depression drains your energy, or when grief feels unbearable, it’s easy to believe no one can understand. But you deserve support that helps.
I offer online therapy for individuals dealing with:
✔ Anxiety & Depression – When worry, overthinking, and emotional exhaustion take over.
✔ Low Self-Esteem & Confidence – Rebuilding how you see yourself without self-doubt.
✔ Bereavement & Loss – Helping you process grief without pressure to “move on.”
✔ Family Issues & Trauma – Breaking free from past wounds and unhealthy patterns.
✔ ADHD Support – Navigating focus, emotions, and self-worth challenges.
Therapy with me isn’t about forcing change but creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether you're carrying loss, struggling with self-confidence, or feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety, we’ll work together to find a way forward that feels right for you.
I offer Online therapy for clients in Wrexham & beyond. If you're reading this, you've already taken the first step. Let’s take the next one together.
Practice description
I provide online therapy for anxiety and panic attacks, supporting clients who feel overwhelmed, restless, and trapped in a cycle of fear. If you’ve tried to “push through” anxiety but it’s still running your life, therapy offers a different way forward.
My areas of focus include:
✔ Generalized Anxiety – If your mind won’t slow down, and fear keeps getting in the way.
✔ Panic Attacks – Learning how to stop panic in its tracks and regain trust in your body.
✔ Health Anxiety – When worry about your body and symptoms takes over.
✔ Social Anxiety – Managing fear of judgment and overwhelming self-consciousness.
✔ Low Self-Confidence – Breaking free from self-doubt and the fear of not being enough.
With online therapy, you get the support you need wherever you are. No waiting lists, no travel stress—just a space to work through what’s holding you back at your own pace.
If anxiety and panic attacks have taken over your life, therapy can help you understand your triggers, regain control, and finally breathe again.
My first session
Starting therapy can feel like stepping into the unknown. That’s why our first session is all about understanding where you are and what you need.
In our initial session, we will:
Discuss what brought you to therapy—your grief, anxiety, or panic attacks.
Explore your experiences—what has helped, what hasn’t, and what you hope to gain.
Set a comfortable pace—there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for.
Outline how we can work together to find the right approach for you.
This session allows you to experience therapy with me before making any commitments. I aim to help you feel safe, supported, and understood from the first conversation.
If grief, anxiety, or panic attacks are making life feel unbearable, therapy can help you find clarity, regain control, and move forward on your terms.
