About me and my therapy practice
Choosing the right therapist is important! I offer a free 30 minute introductory call so we can get to know each other and for you to suss out the vibe.
I am an integrative therapist, so would work alongside you to understand which approaches and ideas might fit best. I am trained in person-centered and psychodynamic theory alongside play therapy, creative arts, music, drama, CBT and DBT. I am particularly passionate about trauma-informed practice and working with neurodiversity.
Most important of all is the relationship that we would build together as therapist and client, so building safety, trust and connection is at the heart of my practice.
