About me and my therapy practice

I practice as a consultant and clinical supervisor, having recently served as an NHS Clinical Lead in CAMHS.

Prior to this, I worked within a personality disorder pathway, delivering Structured Clinical Management (SCM) for individuals and groups navigating complex emotional dysregulation.

I specialise in working with complex emotional needs, supporting individuals who hold specific diagnoses or who struggle to regulate their emotions and responses. My practice is designed for those who wish to sensitively and carefully explore their relational patterns and internal processes.

I hold a deep appreciation for the unique challenges faced by adolescents, particularly those presenting with self-harm and associated difficulties. To ensure we are a good fit for one another.

I offer a complimentary 20-minute telephone consultation. During this call, we can discuss our working contract, including confidentiality, cancellation policies, fees, and current availability.

Practice description

I am an accredited (UKCP) and registered (BACP)  psychotherapist with over 25 years of post-qualification experience, having qualified in 1998. Alongside holding a PG Diploma and an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy, I maintain Higher Accreditation with UKAHPP, full Accreditation with the UKCP, and former Graduate Member Status (GMBPsS) with the British Psychological Society.

Throughout my career, I have been a dedicated advocate for mental health and wellbeing. I bring a calm, mindful, and innovative presence to my practice, underpinned by exceptional relationship management skills. As an experienced clinician, consultant, and facilitator, I have a proven track record of clinical delivery both in-person and remotely via online platforms. My consultancy work spans prestigious international organizations, public sector institutions, and private healthcare providers.
