About me and my therapy practice
My approach is humanistic and deeply rooted in person‑centred therapy, meaning I prioritise empathy, respect, and your pace. There’s no expectation to have the “right” words — you set the focus and pace of each conversation. Some sessions may be reflective; others may be about making sense of patterns or emotions as they arise. Together we’ll explore what matters most to you in a way that feels safe and manageable.

Navigate relationships and life changes with stronger emotional grounding
I currently offer online sessions via Zoom and in‑person work at Sheffield Mind Revive. If you’re unsure what would feel right for you, we can discuss this together.
My first session
Our first session is a space for us to settle in and get to know one another. We’ll go over any questions or thoughts you might have after completing the referral form, and I’ll check in around anything you feel is important to share.
This session is also a chance for me to begin getting to know you — what’s been happening for you, what’s brought you to therapy, and what you might be hoping for from our work together. If you have any goals or objectives in mind, we can explore those gently, and if you don’t, that’s absolutely okay too.
There’s no pressure to talk about everything or to know where to start. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, and my focus is on creating a calm, supportive space where you can begin to feel at ease.
