I understand life can be busy and hectic, which is why I offer flexible days and hours to accommodate your schedule. I have slots available from 9am to 8pm.
About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced psychotherapeutic therapist with a warm, down-to-earth approach.
Sometimes it can be difficult to put into words what’s going on. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood and able to talk openly about what is affecting you.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges and life changes. I also have experience supporting young people with anxiety, self-harm and difficult transitions.
My approach is compassionate and tailored to you. We can explore your experiences at a pace that feels right, making space to understand patterns, relationships and past experiences that may be affecting how you feel today.
Practice description
My practice is integrative, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on you, your experiences and what you bring to therapy.
I understand that experiences can affect us in ways that are not always easy to recognise or explain. Therapy can offer a space to explore these experiences with care and curiosity, without pressure to have everything figured out.
I place great importance on the therapeutic relationship and aim to offer a space where you can be yourself and feel accepted without judgement.
I am a recognised provider with AXA Health and Aviva and offer psychotherapy and counselling to clients wishing to access therapy through their private health insurance.
Sessions are subject to individual policy cover, authorisation and any applicable terms and conditions, including policy excesses and session limits.
Please feel free to contact me if you would like to find out more.
Sessions are available face-to-face, online or by telephone.
