I am available Monday to Thursday between the hours of 10am and 4pm, for face to face appointments in Peterborough. 

I also offer walk & talk sessions locally, please enquire for location details. 

I can work remotely during the above hours and have some flexibility for evening appointments online. 

About me and my therapy practice

As a therapist, I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever’s going on for you...safely, gently, and at your own pace. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low mood, trauma, relationship challenges, or just a sense that something isn't quite right, you're welcome to bring it here.

I work integratively, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to suit your unique needs, whether that’s talking things through, exploring your past, offering somatic techniques, or working with deeper unconscious patterns. I’m trauma-informed, trained to work at depth, and my style is collaborative and respectful. I tend to work best with clients who are open to mid- or longer-term therapy, so we have the time and space needed for meaningful change.

Practice description

I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative process, one where we work together with care and curiosity. You’ll be met with warmth, respect, and honesty. My aim is to help you feel more connected to yourself, with greater clarity and self-trust.

My first session

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can see if working together feels like a good fit for you. 

If we decide to go ahead, our first session will be a chance for us to get to know each other a little more. I’ll ask some assessment questions to help me understand your background and what’s bringing you to counselling, and together we’ll explore what you’d like to focus on in therapy.
