About me and my therapy practice

Is life feeling a bit mundane? Maybe you’re finding yourself "just getting through" for a paycheck, or perhaps you’ve realized that while you are surviving, your actual quality of life feels static.

I am a person-centered therapist dedicated to providing a warm, comforting, and safe space where you can stop performing and start being. My approach is built on the belief that you already have an inner strength and an innate ability to improve your life, sometimes it just gets buried under the weight of everything else. You are the expert on your own story; I’m not here to be a clinical judge or tell you what’s 'wrong' with you.

Instead, I work right beside you to create a space where you can finally be yourself without any filters. Together, we look at the patterns in your life and the thoughts that keep you stuck. Our work is about those 'lightbulb moments' and self-discoveries that help you understand why you feel the way you do. By uncovering these insights, you can stop feeling like life is just happening to you and start feeling back in control.

Practice description

In our sessions, you can expect a grounded, non-judgmental environment where your voice is the priority. While I have extensive experience working within bereavement and grief, I also support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the intricacies of modern relationships.

I believe therapy should fit your life, not add more stress to it. Because of this, I offer a high level of flexibility. Whether you need the consistency of weekly sessions, the steady pace of bi-weekly meetings, or a monthly "check-in" to suit your financial needs or schedule, we can co-create a plan that works for you.

My practice is based in Barnet for those seeking the physical comfort of a face-to-face room, but I also offer online sessions via Google Meet for those who prefer the accessibility of their own space.

My first session

Taking the first step is often the hardest part, so I’ve made the process as transparent and accessible as possible.

On my website, you will find an Appointments tab where you can view my real-time availability. From there, you can book:

A Consultation Call (20 minutes): This is a chance for us to see if we click. Once booked, I will send you a brief assessment form to fill out. This ensures I have the essential information to hand so we can make the most of our 20 minutes together.

An Initial Session (60 minutes): This first full meeting is longer than a standard session. It allows us the space to dive deeper into what brought you here and what you hope to achieve without feeling rushed.

Follow-up sessions are 50 minutes in length. There is no pressure to commit to a long-term contract immediately; our first session is simply an introduction to a different way of living.
