About me and my therapy practice

I’m a humanistic integrative therapist based in Brighton, offering both in-person and online counselling.

You might be coming to therapy with a sense that something doesn’t quite feel right - perhaps you feel overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, or disconnected from yourself or others.  At times, it can be hard to put this into words, but you may know that something needs attention.

Therapy offers a space to slow things down and begin to make sense of your experience.  Together, we can explore what’s been shaping how you feel and relate, at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I draw on humanistic and integrative ways of working, which means I’m guided by you - your experiences, your pace, and what feels most important to bring.  Alongside this, I offer gentle curiosity and reflection to help deepen your understanding of yourself.

I don’t see therapy as a process of fixing what’s “wrong,” but as an opportunity to reconnect with yourself in a more honest and compassionate way.  This might involve getting to know parts of yourself you’ve had to set aside, and finding new ways of being that feel more aligned and sustainable.

If something here resonates, you’re welcome to get in touch whenever you feel ready.
