About me and my therapy practice
Over time, life can layer us with experiences, beliefs, and patterns that leave us feeling disconnected from who we truly are. Therapy offers a space to explore these layers - to reflect on the stories we've been told or have come to believe, and gently consider whether they still serve us. This isn’t about becoming someone new, but reconnecting with what’s always been within - a deeper sense of clarity, authenticity, and alignment. It’s a process of returning to yourself, creating space for meaning, growth, and living more fully.
My approach is integrative and relational, with honesty, curiosity, and care sitting at the heart of the work.
If anything here resonates, you are very welcome to get in touch.
