About me and my therapy practice
My training is integrative, meaning I draw on a range of established therapeutic theories and approaches to meet your individual needs, circumstances and goals.
My practice is primarily humanistic and relational, placing the therapeutic relationship at the heart of the work. I believe that feeling heard, understood and accepted creates a foundation for self exploration, growth and healing.
My work is grounded in the principle that psychological wellbeing is not simply the absence of distress, but the development of greater self awareness, resilience and a capacity for meaningful engagement and connection with life.
I aim to support clients in understanding themselves more deeply, navigating challenges more effectively and creating lasting psychological change.
Practice description
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist offering therapy in Winchester and online. I provide a warm, non judgmental environment where we can explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships and life experiences.
