About me and my therapy practice
Whatever brings you to therapy, I understand that taking the first step is significant. We all need a safe space to discuss thoughts and feelings that we might hesitate to share.
As a BACP-registered psychotherapist, I aim to create a welcoming environment where you can address past and present issues. I'm dedicated to helping you become more aware of unhelpful patterns that hold you back, facilitating your growth and change.
As a bilingual therapist, I am pleased to offer sessions in both English and French. I also have experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds.

I offer in-person sessions for adults.

About me and my therapy practice
Coming to see a therapist can feel like a big step , and it's completely normal not to know what to say , or even what you're hoping for . You don't need to have it figured it out . We'll find our way there together , at apace that feels manageable .
I aim to offer a calm , open , confidential and empathic space where we can think together so that with time things might become more manageable and eventually change .
I am an Attachment-Based Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist based in London . I help people understand and change patterns in how they relate to others , by exploring how early relationships with caregivers shaped their inner world .
Together we may explore your relationship history , including early experiences , losses , and how you learned to manage closeness and separation .
What I can help with : Long-standing relationship difficulties , anxiety , depression , trauma , and a sense of repeating the same patterns .
Praticalities : Sessions are weekly , 50 minutes , and usually open-ended, so we can work at depth and pace that suits you . This is a reflective approach rather than advice-giving or homework -based therapy .
I am a registered member of BACP and work within its Ethical Framework .
