Availability
I currently have limited availability and am accepting new clients for online therapy. Sessions are offered on weekdays, with some evening appointments available.
About me and my therapy practice
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step — especially if you’re used to coping quietly, holding things together, or being the one others rely on.
You might appear to be managing on the outside, while inside something feels more difficult — whether that’s anxiety, low mood, burnout, grief, or a quieter sense that something isn’t quite right.
I offer a steady, confidential space where you can slow down and speak openly about what you’re experiencing. There’s no pressure to present things in a particular way. We begin from where you are and work at a pace that feels manageable.
I work with a range of issues, though I have a particular interest in supporting people — often men — who are used to carrying responsibility and may find it difficult to share what’s going on beneath the surface.
My approach is integrative and transpersonal, which means I work with the whole person — including thoughts, emotions, bodily experience, and inner life. The work is relational and grounded, focusing on what’s happening in the present, while also exploring how past experiences and longer-standing patterns may be influencing things now.
Clients often come to therapy at times of transition — when familiar ways of coping are no longer working, or when there is a sense that something needs to change, even if it’s not yet clear what that is.
I offer both in-person therapy in Petersfield and online sessions across the UK.
I also offer couples therapy, supporting partners to better understand patterns in their relationship, improve communication, and navigate challenges together.
I offer a free 20-minute introductory call if you would like to meet and see whether working together feels right for you.
Practice description
My practice offers a calm, grounded space where you can begin to explore what’s going on for you in a way that feels honest and manageable.
I work relationally, which means our work is shaped through conversation and connection, rather than following a fixed structure or set of techniques. Some sessions may feel like talking things through, while others may slow down into what’s happening beneath the surface — in your emotions, your body, or the patterns that tend to repeat in your life.
There’s no expectation to arrive with things clearly formed. Often, we begin with whatever feels most present, and allow the work to unfold from there.
Over time, people often find they feel less alone in their experience, more able to understand themselves, and more connected to what matters to them.
I work with both individuals and couples, offering a space where different perspectives can be explored safely, and where communication and understanding can gradually deepen.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to meet and begin to explore what’s brought you to therapy.
You might already have a clear sense of what you’d like to talk about, or you may not be sure where to start — both are completely fine.
We’ll go at your pace, beginning with whatever feels most comfortable to share. I may ask some gentle questions to help build a picture of what’s been going on for you, but there’s no pressure to cover everything at once.
The first session is also a chance for you to get a sense of how I work, and to decide whether it feels like a good fit.
