I'm a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor with a Person Centred approach.

Sessions are 60 minutes, offering face to face in Barnstaple or online via Teams.

The number of sessions is down to you. We will review your progress regularly and you can withdraw from therapy at any stage.

As a registered member of the BACP, I adhere to their Ethical Framework by attending regular supervision and undertake additional training to ensure that I keep up to date.

In addition to my private practice, I also volunteer for a local counselling charity.

Charges: £50 per hour
