About me and my therapy practice
Hello, thank you for pausing on my page. When life feels overwhelming, it can be hard knowing where to turn. My aim is to provide a trusting and calm space to slow everything down, helping you feel comfortable and supported while we explore the difficulties you're facing.
How can counselling help? We all need extra support sometimes to help us manage the burdens life can throw our way. A solid client/counsellor relationship offers you the freedom of talking openly with no judgement, which can help those burdens feel lighter or enable you to be free of them completely.
Among others, I have experience working with:
Depression
Anxiety
Past and present trauma
Suicide ideation
Grief and loss
Relationship issues
Self esteem
I gently challenge those difficult feelings and fears you're facing, by using a wide range of skills and the main theories of Integrative Therapy to find a style that fits your individual needs, working together to help you to find clarity and a way forward.
The relationship between the client and counsellor has to fit for counselling to work, so ensure you take your time to find a therapist that feels right for you.
Available for online sessions via Teams.
