I currently offer sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays from 5pm onwards. Sessions are available via online video, telephone, or chat-based, making it easier to fit therapy around work, study, or other commitments.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation phone call so we can see if we are the right fit for each other.
About me and my therapy practice
I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist working with young people (11+) and adults, with a particular focus on supporting those aged 18–30. I offer a warm, down-to-earth, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel genuinely heard.
My approach is flexible and tailored to you. I draw on different therapeutic models and often work creatively, using things like metaphor, gentle exploration, and interventions where helpful. This means we can find ways of working that feel natural and not overwhelming.
I have a strong interest in working with anxiety, panic attacks, and phobias. I understand how intense and consuming these experiences can feel, especially when they start to impact everyday life. Together, we can begin to make sense of what’s happening, break cycles of anxiety, and build confidence in managing it.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need a space to offload, I’ll work alongside you at your pace in a way that feels supportive and manageable.
Practice description
I offer online video, telephone, and chat-based (using written messages via Google Meet) sessions in a calm, confidential, and supportive environment. Chat-based sessions can be especially helpful if you find it easier to express yourself in writing or prefer a slower pace. My aim is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, without pressure or judgement.
Sessions are collaborative and led by you. Some clients come with something specific they want to work on, while others aren’t sure where to begin; both are completely okay. We can explore current challenges, look at patterns in thoughts and behaviours, or gently reflect on past experiences where it feels helpful.
Alongside talking, I offer a creative and flexible approach to therapy. This may include using storytelling, bibliotherapy, exploring different parts of yourself (inspired by Internal Family Systems), as well as therapeutic art or gentle, play-based techniques where appropriate. I'm trained in a range of approaches, including person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT, and solution-focused therapy, which I integrate in a way that feels tailored to you. I may also introduce practical tools such as grounding techniques, coping strategies, and psychoeducation to support you in understanding and managing your thoughts and feelings.
I work at your pace, with no expectation to share everything all at once. Therapy is your space, and we will shape it together in a way that feels right for you.
My first session
Your first session is a gentle “get to know you” space. It’s an opportunity for you to talk about what’s brought you to therapy, ask any questions, and get a feel for how I work.
There’s no pressure to go into detail or share anything you’re not ready to. You can come exactly as you are. Some people arrive knowing what they want to say, others don’t, and both are completely welcome.
We’ll go at your pace, focusing on helping you feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning.
