About me and my therapy practice
I'm a specialist in working with anxiety, men’s issues, depression, grief, family illness and other issues. Together, we can confront your challenges and create meaningful change.
I’m here to help you make sense of your story. Why do I feel like this? Why does this pattern keep showing up? What does it all mean?
Together, we can explore your life and experiences with curiosity and compassion, so you can understand what’s holding you back and begin to move forward.
You might be feeling unlike yourself for many reasons - depression, anxiety, trauma, bereavement, relationship difficulties, ageing, addiction, or simply a sense that something isn’t quite right. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone.
As an experienced therapist, I specialise in helping people untangle long‑standing patterns, make sense of complex emotional experiences and reconnect with who they are. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients and issues, and I bring a grounded, thoughtful and evidence‑informed approach.
This is a place where you can speak freely, reflect deeply and feel supported - sometimes in ways that can change the course of your day, or even your life.
I offer sessions online and in person in N2 (East Finchley) and N3 (Finchley Central).
Practice description
I work psychodynamically; helping you to work through whatever's going on for you - consciously or unconsciously. The relationship between us will be paramount in helping you to cope with whatever's troubling you.
You have to find a therapist who you connect with and feel comfortable sharing your thoughts with. I offer a warm, relaxed, non-judgemental space in which you can share your feelings at whatever pace and however you feel comfortable doing so.
My first session
I offer a free online consultation (around 20 minutes) to answer any immediate questions and then a longer first session to fully understand what has brought you to therapy. After that, each weekly session will be 50 minutes.
