Practice description

I am a qualified and vastly experienced BACP registered Integrative Counsellor. This allows me to work using a combination of different therapeutic approaches to tailor a unique treatment plan for each individual client.

I have my own private practice offering a confidential, safe and non- judgmental space for exploring your concerns. I work with individual adults, couples, groups and trainee counsellors from a variety of diverse backgrounds. In addition, I have experience of counselling within the NHS, mental health charities and am currently providing counselling support to students at a London University.

I offer a free introductory online or telephone session to new clients.
