About me and my therapy practice
I offer a warm, grounded and compassionate space where you can explore your inner world at your own pace.
My approach is integrative and humanistic, drawing from a range of therapeutic models while always centring the work around you, your experiences, your needs, and your unique wellbeing journey.
I believe that everyone has the potential to grow, heal and shine, especially when given the space to understand themselves more deeply.
My role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your whole self, mind, body and spirit, to make sense of your experiences.
The therapeutic relationship we build together is central to this process, creating a safe and authentic space where you can feel supported and understood.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, low mood, stress, trauma, relationship challenges or a sense of feeling lost, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can truly grow, heal and shine.

My first session
I offer a free 15‑minute telephone assessment before starting therapy.
This brief call gives us a chance to get to know each other, talk about what’s bringing you to counselling, and explore what you feel you need right now. I’ll explain how I work and answer any questions you may have, so you can get a sense of whether I’m the right fit for you.
If it feels like a good match, we can arrange your first session at a pace that suits you.
