Availability

I offer face-to-face sessions as well as sessions online, with availability on Fridays and weekends. This can be especially helpful for those balancing work or caregiving during the week. You might be curious about starting therapy or returning after a break, I’d love to hear from you.

About me and my therapy practice

I work from a Humanistic and Integrative relational approach, which means I place the therapeutic relationship at the heart of the work. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we explore your experiences together, at a pace that feels safe, steady and respectful of your needs. My intention is to create a space where you can show up as you are, with your thoughts, emotions, uncertainties, hopes and feel genuinely met.

I draw from a range of therapeutic ideas while staying grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. My style is warm, attuned and collaborative, aiming to offer a steady presence that helps you feel safe enough to explore.

I aspire to work in alignment with the BACP Ethical Framework, which guides my commitment to your wellbeing, autonomy and safety. This includes maintaining confidentiality and ensuring you always have choice and agency in the therapeutic process. Ethical practice is not simply a professional requirement for me, it’s a core part of how I hold the therapeutic relationship. I reflect regularly on my practice and engage in ongoing supervision to ensure that the work remains ethical, grounded, and effective.

Inclusivity is central to how I work. I welcome people from all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. I aim to create a space where you don’t have to explain or justify who you are, where your identity is respected and where your experiences are taken seriously. I recognise the impact of culture, environment, relationships, and systemic factors on emotional wellbeing, and I hold these influences in mind as we explore your story.

Ultimately, my aim is to offer a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, steady and meaningful, a place where you can explore your inner world, understand yourself more deeply, and move towards the life you want to live. If you choose to work with me, we will navigate that journey together, with care, curiosity, and respect.

Practice description

I offer in-person sessions from Elephant Rooms in Draycott, a calm, welcoming space rooted in community and wellbeing. The setting is designed to help you feel safe, grounded, and at ease, with free parking and accessible facilities to support a smooth arrival. Whether you're coming for the first time or returning after a break, it's a space where you can exhale and be met with care.

I also offer online sessions, giving you the flexibility to access therapy from wherever feels most comfortable, whether that’s your home, a quiet corner of your day, or somewhere that fits around work or caregiving. I aim to make therapy as adaptable and supportive as possible, so you can focus on what matters most to you.

My first session

The first session is used to undertake an assessment, a chance for us to explore what’s bringing you to therapy, what support might be most helpful, and whether we feel like a good fit to work together. It’s a space to ask questions, share what feels important and begin shaping a therapeutic approach that feels right for you. There’s no pressure to commit beyond this session, and you’re welcome to take time afterwards to reflect on whether you’d like to continue.
