I offer therapy sessions in-person in Marylebone and Maida Vale, or online.
I'm available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
My working hours are 10am to 4pm inclusive.
About me and my therapy practice

You may be looking not just for symptom relief, but for deeper change, clarity, and a greater sense of wellbeing.
Practice description
I’m a dual-qualified GP and psychotherapist offering integrative, evidence-based therapy tailored to you. I work holistically with emotional difficulties, the effects of trauma, grief and loss, and sleep problems. My work may include integrative psychotherapy, EMDR, and CBT-I, depending on your needs and goals.
I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to explore what’s been difficult and move towards meaningful change. Alongside professional training, I bring lived experience as a therapy client and NHS patient. You’re welcome to get in touch to see whether working together might feel right.
My first session
Prior to our first session, I'll ask you to complete some assessment forms regarding your physical and mental health issues. These help in providing me with a better understanding of your context, and also provide baseline measurements that we can track over time.
With that taken care of, the first session is free for us to explore wherever it is you feel you need to begin.
