Availability

I offer weekly counselling sessions for adults, both in person and online.

These therapy rooms are dedicated counselling spaces designed to offer privacy, calm and emotional safety, separate from the pace of everyday life.

Online availability:

I offer weekday daytime online sessions, as well as limited evening spaces for clients who prefer remote work.

Sessions are 50 minutes and held at the same time each week, creating consistency and reliability for the therapeutic process.

I will reply to enquiries as soon as possible. If I am away or temporarily unavailable, my “out of office” message will give clear information about when you can expect a response.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified psychosynthesis counsellor, and my work is grounded in a relational, integrative approach. I believe that meaningful change happens through a safe therapeutic relationship where you can explore your inner world with honesty, curiosity and compassion.

Clients often come to me when they feel anxious, low, uncertain, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Many are navigating transitions or exploring big questions around identity, purpose, relationships or direction in life.

My style is warm, steady and attuned. I offer a reflective space where your emotions, patterns and experiences can be understood at a deeper level. While psychosynthesis informs my work — supporting exploration of the whole self — I also draw on more focused and structured approaches when helpful, bringing clarity and momentum to areas where you feel stuck.

I work collaboratively, at your pace, balancing empathy with gentle challenge when it supports growth. My practice is inclusive and affirming, welcoming clients of all identities, backgrounds and orientations.

Practice description

I work from two dedicated therapy spaces in London:

• London Bridge & Kensington

Both rooms are used exclusively for counselling and psychotherapy and provide a calm, private setting designed to support emotional safety, reflection and depth of work. These spaces allow for a pause from the pace of city life, offering a contained environment where you can focus fully on yourself and your process.

I also offer online sessions for clients who prefer remote work or need greater flexibility. Online therapy can offer the same relational depth and continuity as in-person sessions, and can be especially helpful for those with demanding schedules or who travel frequently.

My practice is grounded in respect, confidentiality, and a belief in each person’s capacity for growth and change.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to meet, explore what brings you to therapy, and get a sense of how it might feel to work together. There is no expectation to present everything at once — the aim is simply to begin understanding your experiences and what you hope to gain from counselling.

We will discuss your history, current concerns, and any goals or hopes you may have. You can ask questions about how I work, and together we can consider whether the therapeutic relationship feels like a good fit for you.

Sessions are 50 minutes, held weekly at a regular time. This consistency provides the foundation for deeper exploration and lasting change.

If we choose to continue, we can work either open-endedly or with a focus on a particular issue or time frame, depending on your needs. Therapy with me is collaborative — we will review the work periodically to ensure it continues to support your growth and wellbeing.
