Practice description

I am a full-time MBACP registered person-centred counsellor, and I offer face-to-face, and online therapy sessions (using Zoom). We’ll work together to focus on your needs, goals, and experiences, to help you discover what lies within, and find new ways for you to embrace your true self.

Online sessions (50 minutes, on Zoom): £80

In-person sessions (50 minutes): £100

I've worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, cultures, ages, and sexual orientations, as well as a community counselling service, and a low-cost online counselling service specialising in addiction and recovery.

My continuing professional development training has included certification for: Working with Anger, Ethical Counselling in Substance Misuse, and Anti-fat Bias in the therapy room.

My first session

At the heart of my work is the belief that change begins when you feel heard, accepted, and understood. Together, we can explore what’s going on for you, reflect on past experiences, and discover new ways of understanding who you are.
