Availability

I offer flexible availability Monday to Friday, with morning, afternoon, and evening appointments to accommodate a range of schedules. Sessions can take place in person at my therapy room in Crystal Palace, London where I provide a calm and private space for reflection and exploration.

I also work online, providing secure video appointments for clients who prefer to meet from home or are unable to attend in person. I aim to respond promptly to enquiries and can discuss flexible arrangements for those with work, study, or family commitments.

My scheduling approach is collaborative, and I work with each client to find times that suit them best. Weekend sessions are occasionally available on request for clients with particularly busy weeks. I strive to make access to therapy as manageable and stress-free as possible.

About me and my therapy practice

I work in a psychodynamic, client-centred way, providing a safe and confidential space for adults to explore thoughts, feelings, and behavioural patterns. I take a collaborative approach, tailoring therapy to each client’s needs, whether that is managing stress, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, or difficulties with attention, organisation, and day-to-day focus.

I am ADHD-informed and experienced in supporting adults who experience attention, organisational, or executive functioning challenges. I can offer structured ADHD assessments within my professional scope, and provide feedback to support clients’ understanding of their patterns and, if needed, onward referral for psychiatric evaluation.

Sessions integrate reflective dialogue with practical strategies, helping clients gain insight into patterns affecting their life, and supporting the development of coping skills suited to their context. I consider both current challenges and developmental history, recognising that early experiences, relational dynamics, and personal strengths all influence functioning.

I aim to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Practice description

My practice offers a space for adults to explore personal challenges, understand emotions, and develop insight into patterns of thought and behaviour. In sessions, clients can expect a calm, confidential environment where they are encouraged to reflect and explore at their own pace.

My approach is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, helping clients make connections between past experiences and present concerns, while also focusing on practical strategies for navigating daily life. Clients often find that this combination of reflection and practical application can reduce stress, clarify priorities, and improve relationships.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes in length, allowing sufficient time to explore issues thoroughly while maintaining focus and clarity. I work collaboratively with clients, supporting them to identify goals and track progress over time. My aim is to create a supportive environment that fosters growth, self-understanding, and emotional wellbeing.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to understand how I work. I ask clients to share relevant background information and may request completion of a short assessment to help clarify your goals for therapy. This session allows us to explore your current concerns, discuss expectations, and outline how therapy might support you. I also use this time to answer any questions about the therapeutic process and address practical matters such as frequency of sessions and fees.

Many clients find this initial meeting helpful in deciding if my approach feels suitable for them. I offer a 20-minute complimentary introductory conversation if clients wish to discuss therapy informally before committing to a full session. This provides a chance to experience my style, ask questions, and consider whether starting therapy with me feels like the right fit.

There is no obligation to continue after this introductory conversation, but it often helps clients feel more comfortable and informed about beginning therapy.
