About me and my therapy practice
You've been through a life change/transition and no one tells you how hard this is. You are trying to settle into a new life and find a sense of belonging while navigating anxiety and identity. I work with clients on a variety of experiences including anxiety, belonging, depression, stress, burnout, identity, relationships and relational conflict, loneliness, low self esteem, trauma, self harm, body dysmorphia and more. I am an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor offering therapy in person in Angel, Islington and online. I offer short term or longer term open ended therapy to adults over 18.
Practice description
As an integrative therapist, I draw from a range of modalities and adapt how I work to suit the needs of the client, where my role is to hold space and be an empathetic witness to what unfolds. I work mainly from a psychodynamic and humanistic perspective, where I blend elements of mindful awareness, body psychotherapy, internal family systems and trauma informed therapy.
My first session
