About me and my therapy practice
I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover paths to growth and healing. Offering a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. Whether you are managing anxiety, depression, relationship issues or seeking greater self-awareness, my practice offers a deeply compassionate and supportive environment where you can explore your experiences and build resilience.
I work with adults as a fully qualified counsellor, but I will shortly complete my MA training to specialise in psychotherapy for children and adolescents. I can therefore be particularly helpful to parents and those with young people in their care. I believe that our childhood shapes who we are as adults and an understanding our early life can often help us make sense of today’s issues and relationships.
Having trained as an Integrative psychotherapist, I work with my clients to find the approach most suited to them, whether this is through dialogue or creative arts therapies. All my work is informed by an understanding of neuroscience, trauma, attachment disorders and neurodiversity.
Practice description
I work from The White House in Epsom, a well-established therapy space that offers a calm and private setting for in-person sessions. Easily accessible with good transport links and nearby parking, it provides a discreet and comfortable environment for our work together. I also offer online sessions, giving you the flexibility to access support in a way that best suits your needs. Whether in person or online, my aim is to provide a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
My first session
I offer a free 20-minute introductory phone call to discuss your needs, expectations, and any questions you may have about the counselling process. This is an opportunity for us to explore how we might work together and ensure that you feel comfortable and supported from the very start. There is no obligation to continue after this call, it’s simply a chance for you to get a sense of my approach and decide whether it feels like the right fit for you.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist specialising in working with children, teenagers and parents. I provide a secure, nurturing, and non-judgmental space where thoughts, feelings, and life’s challenges can be explored safely and at your own pace. I believe that joy, confidence, and emotional wellbeing grow from our connections with others. In therapy, I offer a containing and supportive relationship where experiences can be held with care and compassion.
My practice is strongly informed by my training in infant and child development, giving me insight into how early experiences shape emotional wellbeing across the lifespan. I specialise in emotion regulation, supporting clients to recognise early signs that their body and mind are becoming overwhelmed, and helping them to develop practical tools to regain balance, build resilience, and break unhelpful patterns.
As an Integrative psychotherapist I tailor therapy to each individual’s needs. For children in particular, this often includes the use of creative and play-based approaches, such as art-making, play, storytelling, metaphor, and symbolic work. These methods allow feelings and experiences to be expressed when words are difficult to find, offering a developmentally appropriate and gentle way to explore complex emotions. Creative tools can help children feel safer, more engaged, and better able to communicate their inner world. With adolescents and adults, creative approaches may also be used where helpful, alongside talking therapy, to deepen reflection, increase emotional awareness, and access experiences that may be harder to articulate verbally.
I have supported children, adolescents and parents from many different family and cultural backgrounds in a variety of settings, and alongside my private practice I work as a counsellor in a large sixth-form college.
