I am an experienced Integrative Counsellor and Coach, providing a compassionate, non-judgemental, and supportive space where clients can explore challenges, develop resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives. My integrative approach draws upon a range of evidence-based therapeutic models, allowing me to tailor support to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.
My work incorporates elements of Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Attachment theory, and person centred approach, helping clients understand their experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and improve emotional wellbeing.
I support adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including:
Anxiety and depression
Stress and burnout
Low self-esteem and confidence
Grief, loss, and bereavement
Eating disorders and disordered eating
Personality disorders and complex emotional difficulties
Relationship and interpersonal challenges
Major life changes and transitions
Emotional regulation difficulties
Personal development and self-discovery
Neurodiversity and life skills
Alongside counselling, I offer coaching for individuals seeking support with significant life transitions, personal growth, confidence-building, goal achievement, and finding clarity during periods of change. Coaching can help clients identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and move forward with greater purpose and direction.
My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and client-centred. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and change, and I work alongside clients to help them develop insight, build resilience, and create lasting positive outcomes in their personal and professional lives.
I am committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes that align with their values and aspirations.

I offer weekly one-hour sessions, providing consistency and continuity to support your therapeutic journey. Flexible appointment times are available to accommodate work, family, and personal commitments.
I believe that every person deserves a safe space in which they can feel accepted, understood, and empowered. My aim is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult emotions, developing new perspectives, and creating lasting positive change.

Practice description
I work independently and also work with private medical insurance companies. If you have cover and are looking for someone already registered with them I can provide a list of the companies I work with on request.
I offer a free no obligation 30 minute consultation call to see if you feel I am the right counsellor or coach for you.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a therapeutic relationship. During this session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking support, your goals, and any concerns you may have. We will also review and agree a counselling contract, which outlines important information such as confidentiality, professional boundaries, session arrangements, cancellations, data protection, and how we will work together. This helps to create clarity, safety, and mutual understanding from the outset.
As therapy progresses, sessions provide a space for reflection, exploration, learning new coping strategies, and developing greater self-awareness. Regular reviews can be incorporated to ensure that counselling or coaching continues to meet your needs and supports the progress you would like to make.
I understand that taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, and I aim to create a welcoming and compassionate environment where you feel respected, valued, and supported throughout your journey. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem issues, eating disorders, personality disorders, stress, or navigating significant life changes, I am committed to working alongside you to help you move towards greater wellbeing and fulfilment.
