About me and my therapy practice
Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck or unsure which direction your life is heading?
I’m Jen - a warm, compassionate integrative therapist and coach. I specialise in supporting people (often women, teens and 20's and 30s) who feel caught in identity questions, confidence struggles, burnout or big life transitions.
I have several years experience in working with teenagers and young adults. Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years supporting teenagers and young adults in mentoring and development-focused roles, both in the UK and internationally. This means I bring both clinical training and real-world experience of the pressures, uncertainty and identity questions that many young people face today.
I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and explore your inner world at your own pace. You don’t have to have everything “figured out” to start therapy, we can gently make sense of things together.
My approach brings together evidence-based counselling and practical coaching to help you make sense of what’s happening internally while building confidence and direction for the future.
I’m especially passionate about walking with clients who are navigating identity questions, confidence challenges, burnout and life transitions. As someone who has worked with young adults, professionals and those facing unemployment or career change, I understand the pressure of expectations, the pull to “keep going,” and the personal costs this can bring.
I offer a free 20-minute introductory call so we can explore whether this feels like a good fit for you. Together, we’ll focus on understanding your experiences and helping you build self-trust, clarity and direction in a way that feels right for you.
Practice description
My practice is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and honesty. I’m trained in the “Personal Consultancy Model”.
I work integratively, drawing from:
• Person-centred therapy
• Psychodynamic insights
• Gestalt, existential & transactional analysis approaches
• Cognitive & behavioural approaches
• Coaching tools that support clarity, action, and momentum
Together, we explore what’s beneath the surface, your story, emotions, patterns, and hopes, while also finding practical steps to help you move forward. Whether you’re looking for therapy, coaching, or a blend of both, our work is shaped around your needs and is at your pace.
If you're just interested in coaching I offer set coaching sessions too.
