About me and my therapy practice

If you’re going through a challenging time  I offer a safe space to be heard and supported. I specialise in supporting people living with chronic illness and life changes, and experienced in working  range of issues including bereavement, stress, anxiety, depression, low mood, anger, relationship or family issues. 

I understand that every experience is individual & unique. Taking the first step can be hard, but when you’re ready I’m here to offer support and listen, without judgement.  

Practice description

I am a qualified person centred counsellor working in a trauma informed approach offering online or telephone counselling; ideal for fitting around busy lives. 

You can expect a warm, relaxed, non-judgemental space to share what is on your mind. 

My background is over 20 years working within the charity sector advocating for adults and families affected by chronic illness. I have offered online counselling support for a well-known Mental Health charity, higher education students and within a NHS GP Medical Group.  I currently work alongside local and national charities supporting adults affected by sexual violence
