Things can suddenly change and life can feel overwhelming. If you’re going through a challenging time I offer a safe space to be heard and supported. I have a specialism in chronic illness, but offer counselling for a range of issues including bereavement, stress, anxiety, depression, low mood, relationship or family issues.
I understand that every experience is individual & unique. If you’re going through a tough time, I appreciate taking that first step can be hard, but when you’re ready I’m here to help.

I am a fully qualified person centred counsellor offering online or telephone counselling which is accessible in Newcastle and surrounding areas and ideal for fitting around busy lives.
You can expect a relaxed, non-judgemental space to share what is on your mind and make sense of your thoughts & emotions. It is your time & space to explore what matters most to you.
My background is over 20 years working within the charity sector advocating for adults and families affected by chronic illness. I have experience offering counselling in a range of settings including a well-known mental health charity, working with higher education students and clients a GP counselling service.
My first session
You can expect a warm, friendly welcome. The first session is an introduction to the sessions, to get a sense of how we might work together. There will be no pressure to share anything you don’t want to and it will be at your own pace.
An online session is charged at £50. A concessionary rate is charged at £45. Payments are made at time of booking and payable via bank transfer or paypal.
