About me and my therapy practice

I’m a fully qualified Person-Centred Therapist offering counselling online and by telephone. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted.

Alongside supporting people with present-day challenges such as stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and feeling overwhelmed, I also help clients explore how past experiences may still be affecting their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and confidence today. Together, we can gently work through difficult experiences, increase self-awareness, and help you better understand yourself and your emotional responses.

Whether you are going through a difficult time, looking to improve your wellbeing, or wanting to become the best version of yourself therapy can help you along the way.

My approach focuses on helping you reconnect with your own strengths, build confidence in your decision-making, and move towards becoming the best version of yourself.  With support, empathy, and understanding, people can grow, heal, and create positive change in their lives. 

I believe that real change begins with honesty—being able to gently and safely face your true thoughts and emotions. When you feel supported and accepted without judgement, it becomes easier to be honest with yourself. From that place, healing and growth can begin, allowing you to move forward in a way that feels right for you.

You don’t have to face things alone. Support, understanding, and real change can start with a simple conversation.

My first session

There is no pressure to share everything straight away. The aim of the first session is to help you feel comfortable, safe, and understood.
