About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified integrative counsellor based in South London, offering both online and in-person sessions. Together we can explore and make sense of the challenges you’re facing that may feel too tangled or overwhelming to navigate alone. You may find yourself feeling stuck, lost, or uncertain about the way forward, and that’s where therapy can help.
Counselling, for many, can feel daunting. Opening up to someone new about your deepest thoughts, fears, or emotions, especially ones you’ve never shared aloud, can feel uncomfortable. I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can begin to work through whatever is on your mind, at a pace that feels right for you.
Why work with me?
I understand how important it is to find a therapist who feels like the right match. My clients have shared how they have felt seen, heard, and supported in the safe, non-judgmental environment I provide. They’ve allowed me to guide them through the difficult terrain of their inner world, helping them to gain deeper self-awareness, uncovering patterns that no longer serve them, understanding how they relate to others and rediscovering who they are.
Practice description
I believe that much of the healing in therapy comes from the relationship we build together. In our sessions, we’ll take things at a pace that feels safe for you, exploring your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and experiences. The therapeutic relationship can be a powerful ground for healing, insight, and meaningful change. My goal is to support you in navigating these life challenges, finding clarity and new perspective and reconnecting with a stronger sense of who you are.
What can I support you with:
Anxiety, depression, low self worth, confidence, bereavement and loss, racial identity, relationship issues, family relationships, work related concerns.
