About me and my therapy practice
You don’t always need to know what to say or where to begin in counselling, this is something we can work out together.
My aim during our sessions is to provide a warm, safe space in which you feel supported in the process of self-exploration. This space is highly confidential, and without judgment, I offer to sit side by side with you as we attempt to unpack what may be troubling you. I follow your pace and tailor the sessions, adapting my skills to your needs, thereby ensuring a personalized approach to counselling.
I am trained in Humanistic Counselling, so I incorporate a blend of Person-Centered, Transactional Analysis, and Gestalt theory into my work.

If anxiety makes everyday life feel overwhelming, you’re not alone.
Choosing to start counselling can sometimes feel like a huge leap of faith; equally, the outcomes can be greatly rewarding. Working with a counsellor can empower you by enhancing your awareness of your personal experiences, current or past, equipping you with the tools needed to foster growth and navigate life's challenges effectively. Together, we will tailor our work to your unique needs, whether you are facing anxiety, relationship challenges, or personal transitions.
My first session
Our first session will focus on what may have led you to seek counselling, including details about your personal history and your current situation. I offer both long-term open-ended counselling and short-term options. The duration of our work together will depend on your reasons for coming to counselling, we discuss this during our first session then continue to evaluate our progress throughout our time together.
I offer a free 15-minute call via phone or Zoom before our first session.
