About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor offering one-to-one online sessions via zoom.

I provide weekly 60-minute sessions tailored to you as an individual. As an integrative practitioner, I draw on different therapeutic approaches to suit your unique needs, experiences and goals — because no two people are the same.

I support clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, workplace stress, and relationship difficulties. I also specialise in working with those who have experienced, or are currently navigating, domestic abuse or sexual abuse. I understand how complex and overwhelming these experiences can be, and I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can begin to process them at your own pace.

In addition, I have particular experience supporting police officers and police staff who have experienced abuse themselves — including cases involving police-perpetrated abuse. I recognise the additional barriers, fears and complexities this can bring, and I work sensitively with the unique challenges of seeking support within or alongside policing culture.

Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting. My aim is to create a calm, respectful environment where you feel heard, believed and supported.

Practice description

My role as your counsellor is to listen, guide and empower you as you navigate your way through life's challenges. I will create a safe and supportive place for you to express your thoughts and feelings aswell as exploring the root of your emotions and behaviours, helping you to connect deeper with your sense of self.

Whether you're facing life’s challenges, navigating emotional difficulties, or simply seeking greater self-understanding, counselling can provide the support and clarity you need. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and tailored to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll work at your pace to explore your concerns, build resilience, and help you move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

It can often be hard to open up and talk to others about what you are feeling. I am here to make sure you feel seen and heard.

"Therapy is a journey of self-discovery, where every step leads to healing and growth."
