About me and my therapy practice
Hello, and a warm welcome to my profile. I am an experienced therapist based in Shoreditch, East London (E1).
Life is precious, and at times, a real challenge. Heartbreak and strained relationships, loss, stress and burnout, low confidence or major life changes can leave you feeling stuck or worn down, even if you appear to be coping on the outside. If you are feeling confused, overwhelmed, or not quite yourself, I welcome you to this space - you do not have to navigate this alone.
I work with adults who want to move away from what they feel they should do or ought to be, and instead, step confidently into who they truly are. Together we can slow down, listen to what’s happening inside, and find a way forward that feels more like you.
I have experience working with clients exploring faith, spirituality, and their relationship with God. These can be deeply personal and sometimes painful areas to navigate. We can explore them gently and honestly, moving away from fear, shame, or guilt, and reconnect with compassion, hope, and peace. A shift from perfection to presence.
I also work with people navigating cultural identity - finding balance between different values, traditions, and expectations, particularly within the Western world. Together, we can explore how culture shapes your sense of self: what feels important to hold on to, what you’re ready to release, and how to stay true to your values while finding your own way forward.
Practice description
I invite you to a space that empowers you to be fully yourself. I take a holistic approach, exploring mind, body, soul and spirit - however that feels meaningful to you. This allows us to look at you as a whole being, made up of different parts, with different voices and needs. Together we can explore whether these parts co-exist in harmony, what you feel drawn towards and inspired by, and what you want to free yourself from. In our exploration, I encourage you to move from shame and criticism and meet yourself with curiosity and compassion.
