I work with people navigating life’s difficult and often confusing moments — whether that’s anxiety, stress, low mood, loss, or a lack of clarity and confidence in themselves or their direction.

I’ve supported people from many different backgrounds and life experiences, and I believe deeply in the value of being genuinely seen and understood. My time working in high-pressure and humanitarian settings showed me how ongoing stress and emotional demands can affect us. These experiences guide my approach and reinforce my belief that, even in difficult times, healing and meaningful change are possible.

I take an integrative and relational approach, drawing from CBT, Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and Gestalt therapies to tailor sessions to your needs. In our work together, we focus not only on building skills and insight, but also on how you feel, react, and relate in the therapy room.

My first session

You’re warmly invited to a free 15-minute consultation — a relaxed space to ask any questions about how I work and share what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. It’s an opportunity to see if it feels like a good fit for you.

If it does, we can move forward with an initial assessment — our first full session. This is a chance to meet, get to know each other, and explore the concerns you want to address. Here, we start to understand your experiences and explore how therapy might support you moving forward.
