I help adults move away from what they feel they should do and instead step confidently into who they truly are. Embracing your authentic self leads to a richer, more meaningful connection with the world around you.

- Recovery and feeling stuck - Feeling stuck after a difficult experience is natural. I provide a secure space to voice the unspoken and identify what is holding you back. Together, we will find ways to help you recover, establish safety, and step back into life with renewed confidence
