About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative therapist based in East London (E3), near Bow and Mile End. Life can feel overwhelming - anxiety, stress, low confidence, or grief can leave you feeling stuck. You don’t have to navigate this alone. I provide a warm, relational space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with compassion and curiosity.

Practice description

I take an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing on a range of evidence-informed theories, including Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, and Gestalt therapy. I place the therapeutic relationship at the centre of our work, focusing on what emerges in the here and now to support insight, self-discovery, and positive change. This approach allows us to explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a safe and collaborative space, tailored to your unique needs.

I invite you to a space that empowers you to be you. I take a holistic and rational approach, looking at and incorporating the mind, body, soul and spirit - giving voice and space to each part and each need. Together we can explore what you feel drawn towards and inspired by, where you might be feeling stuck and what you want to free yourself from. In our exploration, I encourage you to move from shame and criticism and meet yourself with curiosity and compassion.

My first session

I offer a free, no-pressure consultation to talk about what’s on your mind, answer your questions, and see if working together feels right.

If it does, our first full session is a chance to meet, get to know each other, and begin exploring your concerns, as well as how therapy can support your wellbeing and personal growth.
