Hello and welcome. I’m Fareen and I’m really glad you’re here.
Life can feel heavy sometimes - anxiety, stress, low mood, grief, difficult relationships, or big life changes can leave you worn down, even if you’re getting through the days on the outside.
After the intensity of the holidays or the start of a new year, it’s normal to feel like something needs to shift, but not know where to begin. Therapy can be a space to pause, breathe, and talk things through without pressure to have it all figured out.
In our sessions, we’ll focus on what’s really going on for you. We’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, what might be keeping you stuck, and work together to find ways for things to feel better - in ways that are realistic and manageable.
The aim is to help you feel lighter, steadier, and more confident in yourself and your choices as you move forward.
My first session
I offer a free, no-pressure consultation to talk about what’s on your mind, answer your questions, and see if working together feels right.
If it does, our first full session is a chance to meet, get to know each other, and begin exploring your concerns and how therapy might support you moving forward.
