About me and my therapy practice
You might be holding everything together on the outside while feeling exhausted, overwhelmed or in deep distress on the inside. Whether you are dealing with ongoing stress, a recent crisis, long term emotional pain, trauma or complex experiences from your past, you do not have to navigate it alone. Many people I work with have been carrying more than anyone realises.
I am a BACP registered Psychosynthesis Counsellor based in Wiltshire, offering a warm, steady space where you do not have to manage everything on your own. My approach is gentle and relational, creating a supportive connection where you can talk openly and feel understood.
People come to me with a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, long term emotional pain and complex histories that can feel hard to untangle alone. Together, we explore what hurts, what has been held inside, and find ways for the pain to feel less consuming.
Practice description
There is no right way to arrive in therapy. Some people come with clear questions, others with a sense that something inside needs attention. My role is to offer a steady, supportive space where whatever you bring can be explored in a way that feels right for you.
In my work with clients, I have seen how helpful it can be to have a calm place to pause, reflect and not hold everything alone. For some, a short period of focused work brings the clarity or relief they need. For others, the process unfolds more gradually as deeper layers of experience come into view.
As we work together, people often start to notice small shifts: feeling a bit clearer, a bit lighter, or more able to make sense of what’s going on inside. Sometimes longer‑held feelings also come into view, and we approach these gently, giving you space to move at a pace that feels right for you. Many clients describe this gradual unfolding as something that brings more ease and a kinder relationship with themselves.
As we continue, the space often becomes somewhere you can reflect and make sense of things without pressure. Clients often describe feeling more grounded, more understood and less alone with their inner world. I walk alongside you as you make sense of what you are carrying and reconnect with your inner worth.
Sessions are 50 minutes, offering a clear and consistent structure to our work together.

My first session
Our first session offers a gentle starting point to talk about what’s brought you here and to get a sense of how it feels to be in the space together.
We’ll move through the session in a way that feels safe and manageable for you. You can share at a pace that feels comfortable, and we can take things slowly. There’s no expectation to explain everything or to find the right words — we can simply begin where you are.
