About me and my therapy practice

Sessions are £37, I offer as low rate as I am able as I am passionate about affordable counselling. I am inclusive and work with all faiths, ethnicities, sexualities and genders. I have worked with neurodivergent clients, clients with tourettes and CPTSD.

As I am a person centred counsellor you are in charge of your sessions, we will work together to push to the edge of your awareness, untangle the past and find the best road ahead.

Practice description

I am a person centred counsellor who has worked mostly with domestic violence victims, LGBTQIA+ clients, and neurodivergent clients.

I enjoy working with clients from all different backgrounds and cultures and have received specialist trauma informed training.

I only offer online and telephone sessions as I work from my Narrowboat.

My first session

Assessment sessions last 10-15 minutes and are free of charge

It's not a mini counselling session- it's a way for you to get a feel for how I am in sessions, and for me to get an understanding of your requirements for counselling, so we can see if we will work well together
