I work with relationships, whether that is as a couple or one to one. If you are facing challenges in your relationship with your partner or spouse, in your family, or your relationship with yourself. If you're feeling anxious, disconnected, isolated, alone, confused or unsure of how to navigate what you're going through as an individual or as a couple, I can help.

Practice description
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a variety of theoretical perspectives to tailor the sessions to work for the individual or couple in front of me.
With clinical experience in supporting clients through a range of difficulties including relationship problems, anxiety, depression, bereavement, disability, affairs and betrayals, isolation, addiction, religious trauma, stress, work-related issues and suicidal thoughts.
Creating a strong therapeutic relationship is the core foundation of the work that I do and treat it with the utmost importance. All clients are met with unconditional positive regard, compassion and empathy.
I am guided by the BACP ethical framework to create a confidential and ethical space for clients to feel confident in being open and honest in therapy.
Individual sessions are £60 per session
Couples sessions are £80 per session
