About me and my therapy practice

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just not quite yourself lately? Maybe your mood has been low, feeling depressed or you find yourself overthinking and struggling to switch off. You might notice certain patterns or behaviours that aren’t helping, but you’re not sure how to change them. I can help you make sense of what’s happening and find practical ways forward. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps with anxiety, low mood, stress, and unhelpful thinking patterns. Together, we’ll work on understanding your thoughts and behaviours so you can feel more in control and confident again.

I offer one to one sessions based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. Each session is structured, tool based and goal orientated, which will center around working through your main concerns and getting you on your way to reaching your goals. CBT tools will be provided so even after therapy has ended, you are able to help yourself in future.

If you think this is a form of therapy that may help then please get in touch and we can discuss further. Either by phone or email.

I offer flexible sessions, daytime during school hours (monday and tuesday), evenings and weekends. So we can always find a time that suits.

About me and my therapy practice

Do you feel trapped in a loop of overthinking, constant stress, or a persistent low mood that leaves you feeling unlike yourself? It is exhausting to carry the weight of unhelpful patterns, especially when you know something needs to change but aren't sure where to start. You don't have to navigate this alone. I specialize in helping individuals regain control, quiet mental noise, and build lasting confidence using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My approach is structured, warm, and practical—focusing on actionable tools rather than just endless talk.

Practice description

We will work together to make sense of the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and habits. Learn evidence-based CBT strategies tailored to manage anxiety, stress, and low mood. Build a personalized mental health toolkit so you can confidently handle future challenges long after our sessions end.

Ready to break the cycle and feel like yourself again? Reach out via phone or email today to schedule an initial 15 minute phone consultation and see if we are a good fit.

My first session

Our initial session is focused on getting to know each other. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, what you’d like to get out of our time together, and any questions you have about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). There is no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with right away—we will go at your pace.
