About me and my therapy practice

Do you feel like you've lost touch with who you really are? Like you're going through the motions, but something essential is missing? Maybe you're overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by past experiences, or simply feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.

You're not alone.

I'm Kaleigh, and I'm here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself and rediscover what truly matters to you. My approach is warm, non-judgemental, and deeply person-centred because I believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role is simply to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.

Based in the heart of North Somerset, I am privileged to support individuals from our local communities.

I serve clients across the region, including Winscombe, Cheddar, Axbridge, Banwell, Congresbury, Portishead, Clevedon, Pill, Yatton and Weston-super-Mare, providing a consistent and safe space for everyone.

I've worked with people navigating a wide range of challenges anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, and life transitions. But more than my qualifications, what drives me is a genuine passion for helping people heal and grow.

I've been where you are. I know what it's like to feel lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected. That's why I'm committed to offering a space where you can be truly seen and heard without judgement, without pressure, and without pretence.

Practice description

In our sessions, you'll find a compassionate, confidential space where you can:

  • Explore your feelings and experiences without fear of judgement
  • Gain clarity on what's holding you back and what you truly want
  • Develop tools and strategies to manage anxiety, stress, and difficult emotions
  • Reconnect with your authentic self and build a life that feels meaningful

I work integratively, drawing on person-centred therapy, CBT, and mindfulness techniques to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. Whether you're dealing with a specific issue or simply seeking a space to reflect and grow, I'm here to support you.

My Philosophy

I believe that healing isn't about becoming someone new it's about rediscovering who you've always been beneath the layers of pain, fear, and expectation. It's about learning to trust yourself again, to honour your feelings, and to move forward with compassion and courage.

You don't have to have all the answers. You don't have to be "fixed." You just have to be willing to take the first step and I'll be right there with you, every step of the way.

My first session

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a relaxed, supportive space. It’s an opportunity for you to share what’s brought you to therapy, ask any questions you may have, and see if working together feels right for you.

I offer a free initial consultation, giving you time to talk things through with no pressure or commitment. If you decide to continue, our first full session may include a gentle assessment to help me better understand your experiences, goals, and what support will be most helpful for you. This isn’t a test, simply a way of tailoring therapy to your unique needs.

Together we will:

  • Explore what you’d like to work on in therapy
  • Begin identifying patterns, strengths, and priorities
  • Discuss how we can approach your goals in a way that feels right for you

There’s no need to prepare anything in advance, just come as you are.
